AI Consulting
Most teams don’t need an AI strategy. They need three specific workflows to stop eating twelve hours a week. We find those, build them on tools you already pay for, and hand you documentation your team can run without us — across Dallas–Fort Worth and nationwide.

We’ve spent two years building AI into real client operations — CPA firms, home services, nonprofits, education. Not pilots that die in a slide deck.
Things people log into on a Tuesday.
We sit with the people doing the work and map where hours go. You get a ranked list of tasks scored on time cost, error risk, and how cleanly AI can take them — plus the ones we tell you not to automate.
Assistants, document pipelines, and internal tools built into HubSpot, WordPress, Google Workspace, or whatever you already run. No new platform to buy, no data leaving systems your policy already covers.
Every build ships with written SOPs, a recorded walkthrough, and a named owner on your team. If we disappeared tomorrow, the system keeps running — that’s the test we hold ourselves to.
Two fixed-fee engagements to get a system working, and an optional monthly if you want us to keep building after that. These are not a staircase you have to climb. Most clients buy one or two of them, and plenty stop once the first system is running.

We work on-site with companies across Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Coppell, Lewisville, Mesquite, Prosper and Richardson, and remotely with clients across the U.S.
Being local matters more than it sounds. The readiness assessment depends on sitting with the people who actually do the work — the person who rekeys the same invoice data every Tuesday, the one who writes the same five emails a day. That conversation goes differently in a room than it does on a video call, and DFW clients get it in week one rather than week three.
The businesses we work with across the metroplex are professional services firms, home services companies, nonprofits and schools: organizations with twenty to two hundred people, real operational load, and nobody on staff whose actual job is AI.
If that sounds like you, the first call is free and takes thirty minutes.
One of the systems we’ve built and handed off — the full scope, and what it changed.
We built a video production pipeline that turns published blog posts into scripted, on-brand avatar videos — sixty days of social content produced from work the firm was already doing, with the founder’s voice preserved and every script reviewable before it ships.
Tell us where the time goes and we’ll tell you honestly whether AI is the answer. If it isn’t, we’ll say so — that conversation is free either way.
The questions that come up on nearly every first call, answered straight.
Our AI readiness assessment is $3,500 flat and pilot builds start at $8,500, quoted before work begins. The assessment is credited in full against a build, so if you go on to build, you pay the build price and nothing more. Ongoing monthly support is optional, from $2,750. We don’t bill hourly.
An AI consultant finds the repetitive workflows in your business, estimates the hours each one costs you, selects and integrates the right tools, and trains your team to run them. The work is operational, not theoretical: the deliverable is a system in daily use, not a strategy deck.
Almost never. Most of what we build runs on tools you already license, including HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and WordPress. Our AI integration services are designed around your existing stack. If a new tool is genuinely required, we price it before building and you own the account.
No. We build on enterprise and business tiers where your inputs are excluded from model training by contract, and we document which system holds what data before anything goes live. If a tool cannot make that guarantee in writing, we do not recommend it.
The AI readiness assessment takes two weeks. A pilot build takes four to six weeks after that, so most clients have a working system roughly six to eight weeks from the first call. Larger multi-department projects run longer and we scope those before quoting.
