Responsibilities

Ability to work both independently managing multiple projects, as well as collaboratively working with leaders of other functions areas to achieve common goals
Setting up custom WordPress integrations with internal tools and plugins, including Elementor.
Designing new WordPress sites from the ground-up, from initial site maps to live builds, with attention to UX/UI, SEO, and accessibility requirements
Maintaining and updating internal/external web applications
Understanding of open source and community-based technologies.
Works with content strategists on content migration plans and CMS content type and taxonomy setup.
Launches the website to ensure minimal downtime and SEO impact.
Prepares well-written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, and professional.
Revise, edit, proofread & optimize web content.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

MUST have experience with WordPress development and Elementor
Front-end development: 3 years (Preferred)
Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
Expert-level knowledge of responsive web design and development
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
Listens to others and accepts input from fellow team members.
Clearly articulates ideas and thoughts/recommendations verbally and in writing.
Passion for creating beautiful and intuitive websites and data visualizations.
Displays a positive attitude.
Demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work.
Sets high standards of performance for oneself.
Enthusiasm for working collaboratively on project teams.
Custom Field development and implementation using ACF or Toolset is a plus
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Ability to solve complex problems
